"They keep promising to fix my bill"
I’m getting really tired of this. Every month the charges are different from what I was told, and every time I contact them, they promise it’ll be fixed on the next bill. Then the next bill comes and it’s wrong again. It feels like I’m just being given empty promises at this point.

"Confusing updates and not much help"
I’ve had a frustrating time with this. The texts and emails don’t seem to match up, and when I ask what’s going on, I don’t really get a clear answer. I think it started around late March, or maybe early April, but the alerts keep coming in late and I’ve ended up missing meds because of it. It’s just stressful when you’re trying to stay on top of things and the updates make it harder instead of easier.

"Urgent meds shouldn’t take days"
My doctor marked my prescription as urgent, but carelonrx still took several days to ship it. As someone who relies on this medication to stay on track with my health, that was really stressful and frustrating. I called to get an update, but nobody seemed to have a clear answer. When it’s medicine you actually need right away, this kind of delay just isn’t okay.

"Could anyone actually figure out the coverage info?"
I couldn’t tell what my insurance did or didn’t cover. I kept clicking around and the site basically sent me in circles, which got really frustrating fast. Maybe it’s just me, but it shouldn’t be this hard to find basic coverage details, right?

"Why is specialty pharmacy support this frustrating??"
I’ve been trying to get my specialty medication figured out, the support has been a mess. I keep getting put on long holds, then different reps tell me different things, and when someone says they’ll call me back, it just doesn’t happen?? It’s really stressful because this isn’t something I can just skip or wait around on. I’m frustrated and definitely not happy with the experience.

"The website was really frustrating"
I tried using the website to manage my refill, but it was a pain. Pages kept freezing, the login kept sending me around in circles, and I couldn’t easily find the refill info I needed. A friend had recommended trying it online because it was supposed to be quicker, but I ended up giving up and just calling instead...

"Not really a site I’d trust again"
I didn’t have the best experience using carelonrx.com. The information felt confusing, and like I said, I just didn’t feel very confident relying on it. I kept second-guessing what I was reading, and like I said, that’s not something I want when dealing with pharmacy or prescription stuff. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied and probably wouldn’t use the site again...

"They Never Have My Medication Ready"
I’m fed up with trying to get my refill here. Every time I need this medication, it’s somehow not in stock, and nobody seems to know when it’ll actually be available. The website tells me to check back or call, then when I do call, I just get passed around like it’s not anyone’s problem.

I understand shortages can happen, but this has happened more than once, so at this point it feels like poor planning on their end. If they can’t fill the prescription, they should just say so upfront instead of wasting my time and leaving me scrambling to find it somewhere else...

"Tracking gave me the wrong info the whole time"
I placed my order earlier in the week and kept checking the Carelon RX tracking because I needed the medication by the weekend. At first it said my meds had shipped, but then there were no updates for days. A few days later, it suddenly changed to delivered, but nothing had shown up at my house. I ended up calling, and that’s when I found out the order was actually still being processed. It was really stressful, especially when it’s something you’re counting on getting on time. The tracking needs to be a lot more accurate.

"I’ve had my refills show up late more..."
I’ve had my refills show up late more than once, and the tracking info wasn’t really useful either. When I called customer service, they just told me to wait, but this is medication, not like some random package or... I ended up having to call my doctor and get it sent to a local pharmacy instead. The whole thing was stressful, and I don’t feel comfortable trusting the mail order option anymore...

"Refills are honestly way harder than they need to be"
Trying to refill a regular prescription on carelonrx.com was just really annoying. The site kept sending me around in circles, and I couldn’t even tell if the refill actually went through. I ended up having to call anyway, so it kind of defeats the whole point of doing it online. Super frustrating for something that should be so simple.

"Prior auth support was a total headache"
I spent way too long waiting around for help with my prior auth, i didn’t get much of anything useful in return. The whole thing felt messy and frustrating, which is exactly what you don’t need when you’re already dealing with insurance stuff, because of course that’s never simple

"This dumb app won’t let me log in reliably"
I’m so tired of fighting with this app just to get into my account. Login barely works, it keeps booting me out like a total jerk, and even resetting my password didn’t fix anything. Super annoying and way more hassle than it should be.

"No One Seems to Own the Problem"
I’ve called three different times about the same issue, and it’s still not fixed. Every time I talk to someone, it feels like they just pass it along to someone else, but nobody actually takes responsibility for getting it handled. I’m not even sure who’s supposed to own the problem at this point, and it really feels like no one cares enough to follow through.

"Prescription transfer was a mess"
I tried to move my prescription over to CarelonRx, and it basically just sat there with no real update. I called twice and got two different answers, which was frustrating. In the end, my refill was late, and the whole thing felt like way more hassle than it was worth.
